Bike 50 at 50 is an adventure, a challenge, an opportunity to contribute.

David Miller turns 50 on October 30, 2011 and the following day he’ll leave San Diego to visit the 50 states in 50 weeks with his pet weimaraner Max . . .  by bike!

On the way, he plans to raise awareness hoping to convince people of the importance of physical activity (particularly those in his age group) as well as raise funds for a few important causes.

Bike 50 at 50 es una aventura, un reto, una oportunidad de contribuir.

David Miller cumple 50 años el 30 de octubre del 2011 y el siguiente día saldrá desde San Diego, CA a visitar los 50 estados de la Unión Americana en 50 semanas con su mascota Max, un weimaraner . . . todo en bicicleta!

En el camino, David planea aumentar la conciencia esperando convencer a la gente la importancia de la actividad física (en particular los de su grupo de edad), tanto como recaudar fondos para algunas causas importantes.

    Hi David,
    I’m 50 and traveling as well, but not on my bike. You are brave and adventurous. I wish you all the best. Maybe we can hook up for a bike ride at some point. I’ll be around the San Francisco area next week.
